Wide Range of Labelling

They choose a PAGOsystem 80 to apply labels to a specialist range of cooking glazes, dressings and coulis in a variety of shapes and size of bottle, and to also attach a tamper evident strip to the caps. This machine has a robust aluminium extruded base frame with integral frame members providing the mounting for various auxiliary modules.  The single conveyor has a belt height of 850mm +/- 100mm. The labelling applicator has 2 PAGOmat series 6 AM/150 labelling heads, stepper motor driven utilising the unique electronics from Pago with maximum torque to ensure high accuracy when labelling at high speeds. Web guide rollers are mounted using sealed bearings for an extended life. A pitching mechanism and top hold with positional indicators complete this machine. A self driven afteroll assembly, positioned at the rear, that incorporates a 50 mm wide belt and a100mm high foam covered pressure pad has the ability to be engaged or disengaged when the machine is still in operation. A change belt and an extension to the afteroll allow the machine to handle various diameter tapered containers.
