Sticky Pad Labeller for Alplas

A PAGOmat labelling system mounted with a vibratory bowl feeder and vibratory linear conveyor onto a common base, to apply a self adhesive foam pad,(sticky pad label) to the top of plastic components. The system is stand alone with a feeder bowl being hand loaded.

The output speed of the machine is to be approximately 100cpm, dependent on the component.

The product will be fed up a spiral track of the bowl and orientated. It is then fed onto a vibrating conveyor, which transports them to side transfer belts. The side transfer belts will pitch the product and control the speed ready for labelling. The Pagomat labelling unit, which is a screw adjustable vertically and horizontally, applies the label whilst the product is within the side belts. The labelled product continues along the conveyor and drops off down a stainless steel chute and into a box or bag.

The system is designed to allow hand feeding of the two larger sample products directly onto the linear conveyor.

Change over is under 30 minutes.
