Pago top and bottom labeller

Pago Ltd, in response to customer requests, have developed a top and bottom labeller to handle rigid containers, it incorporates 2 PAGOmat 3/100 labelling heads, which are locked into position to ensure accurate labelling. This machine has now been incorporated into Pago’s standard range of applicators.
There is multi level access to the control system which is password protected, and a multi language operator interface. The label unwind is fitted with a dancer break arm and the web guide roller is mounted using sealed bearings for an extended life. Label gap sensors are fitted with an optical sensor to start the PAGOmat labeling cycle. Wipe down brushes mounted to the rear of the PAGOmat dispensing arm press the label onto the top and bottom of a product
This economical machine has a basic control system with one product sensor and mounting device on the side belts that transport the product through the labelling units to apply the labels. A twin side belt conveyor with separate drive motors operates at a fixed speed, up to 30m/min, dependent on the product and the pitch required for labelling
The mounting device has horizontal and vertical settings by hand wheel, this smooth efficient adjustment aids accurate and easy setting.
The applicator has fulfilled all expectations labelling top and bottom a variety of plastic tubs and containers, and has been adapted for cartons and other flexible packaging. The machine has also created interest from those companies wishing to apply promotional labels.
