The Pago range of labelling applicators, including the successful PAGOsystem 80, are tailored to the requirements of the customer. The decision on the most suitable head forms part of the discussions involved in the assessment of need, product, label and container.
The new PAGOmat 6/2, based on the proven Pago 6 series labelling head. The 3 label head types are precisely matched to the requirements for installing into existing systems, for use on a linear system or on a rotary. There are 2 control options allowing for space saving installation in a system (control module) or direct attachment in a separate housing (integrated control). The Series 6/2 therefore meets medium to high capacity requirements in most industries.
The PAGOmat 3/100 or 3/170 labelling head is simple to use, of high quality with operator convenience; this applicator is designed to handle requirements in the speed range up to 30m per minute. The dispensing unit is based on proven Pagomat technology and offers a unique cost/benefit ratio with its integrated control system.
The control, with the operating unit, is integrated directly into the Pagomat dispenser. This eliminates the need for extra space for an external control therefore this compact design can be easily fitted into any packaging line. The swivelling dispensing plate adjusts constantly to irregularities in the product shape during labelling and ensures uniform labelling accuracy.
Simple to operate, the user is guided by a two-line illuminated LCD display in the language of his choice. The memory for product specific labelling data permits simple and fast conversion to other products. Through constant monitoring of the labelling procedure, the user is immediately alerted via a clear text display on the control unit to the label reel end, tear of the backing paper and other machine states.
