Pago Ltd, based in Colchester, is currently building 3 machines for applying promotional labels and neck hangers.
The applicator is floor standing and will be installed alongside an existing conveyor to apply a promotional label to the side of a container or to apply a neck hanger over the cap of the container.
The automatic labellers with the new PAGOmat 6/2 labelling heads have a support stand on 4 adjustable feet to match the product height, with a vertical and horizontal adjustment facility via hand wheels. The head can be easily converted from side application to top application. The label head is fitted with locking handles for stability without the use of tools, and a tilt adjustment for flexibility of label placement.
Included is a range of Pago software, including an ability to store 99 product set ups in the unit memory.
This versatile applicator can be positioned alongside any line to achieve an additional facility to enhance brand identity, provide vouchers and offers for the company and its products, give information on product use and even provide prizes and scratch cards. Pago produces a range of neck hangers and promotional labels, including the Wobbler, a label applied to the caps of bottles.
