Ease of use with minimal instructions
For ease of use, the new Series 6 Pagomats offer a range of concrete benefits – the hinged safety plate and the fast-action clamping mandrel ensure that the label strip can be fitted easily and the support belt roller can be changed quickly. The clear control unit with direct-action keys, an electronic hand wheel, graphic display and a user guide in a language of your choice means that it is operator friendly and requires very few instructions.

Minimised down and resetting times
The internal product memory is another beneficial concept for production efficiency. Due to  easy reproduction of previously entered settings it means extremely simple resetting for product changes, thus reducing down times. The gentle, uniform support belt roller prevents the support belt tearing, helping prevent breaks in production.

The Pagomats feature very high labelling precision for continuous industrial applications. The basic requirements for these include a very sturdy construction on a solid, torsion-free base plate and a high resolution, powerful step motor drive system for feeding the labels to application. The high speed Pagomat 6/3 even offers a powerful servo motor to meet the very highest demands.

Easy to integrate in production lines
There is a choice of two controllers for the Pagomats 6/1 and 6/2 depending on use – the mounted controller can be installed straight on to a range of different systems. The control module has been specially developed for space-saving installation in existing control cabinets. The controller on the simplest Series 3 Pagomat is integrated in the dispenser, together with the operator unit. Options such as Ethernet and Profibus are possible on the Series 6/2 and 6/3 Pagomats to make it even easier to integrate the units into production lines.
