The speed is adjustable to vary the pitch of containers and the rubber coated roller can be adjusted across the conveyor as well as vertically to suit a variety of containers. The top hold assembly, mounted on twin support pillars above the conveyor, with a pressure pad to ensure a constant clamping force, completes the modules on this machine, with the 2 PAGOmat 3/170 labelling heads. The heads can accomodate 300mm external diameter reels of labels and a maximum web width of 170mm, the unit supports providing a solid and rigid mounting for the PAGOmats. Up to 9 products can be stored in the memory with multi access to the control system being password protected.
Eastern Country Foods added gap sensors, beak brush, conveyor mounted wipe down rollers and a self driven afteroll assembly to smooth the labels around the container.
The single belt conveyor driven by a separate stepper motor at a speed of 30 metres per minute, includes belt guides 100 mm wide running a 80 mm belt, which ensures smooth running of the product whilst labelling. The conveyor section is separated from the machine body to allow easy access for cleaning with crowned rollers for easy belt tracking.
